    Property Description

    Carefully designed the hotel to sit perfectly in its site, open up to the surroundings, and to relate to the beach and coast. It is designed to achieve a 4 star Boutique hotel Classification. The ground floor, containing the public areas and hotel facilities, is designed to open up to the outside. There is a
    focus on providing shade, from louvers and awnings to the various shading structures for the outdoor bar and seating area, and the extensive landscaping with local tree species.
    The outdoor areas are therefore extremely important. They provide a range of functions such as fitness, dining, lounging, and connect to the neighborhood and beach through multiple pedestrian access points and routes.
    There are 80 rooms (possible to design up to 115 rooms), with half enjoying a western orientation and stunning sea views. All rooms are provided with spacious balconies that project out from the facade, in order to take in the views.

    FITNESS AND ACTIVITY
    The hotel offers a fully equipped fitness centre. An indoor swimming pool adjoins the main external pool. Glass doors can fold open to connect the two in the summer. The 20-metre long external pool includes a shallower Jacuzzi area for lounging and relaxation. The spacious pool area adjoins the children’s pool and play area. The gym is one level up from the interior pool, at mezzanine level. It compliments both pools to provide a holistic fitness
    suite that combines indoor and outdoor activities. Beyond the hotel, travelers have direct access to the Lighthouse Beach for swimming and sunbathing.

    We have included three restaurant areas in the design. Near the lounge and reception areas, the breakfast restaurant is central to the ground floor layout. Adjoining it is the main restaurant space. Both interior restaurants are set along the glass facade and open up to the gardens and the veranda to the west.

    It is propose a second building within the Hotel plot. This is a 6-floor residential building, and it will diversify the land uses in the plot. The apartments are independent of the hotel with their own entrance and car parking. Our site strategy ensures that there is privacy for both uses.
    The residences will be designed and outfitted to the same high specification as the hotel. In addition, both buildings share a common design language, however their individual treatment expresses their function. The proposed building provides 10 2-bedroom apartments, and a 3-bedroom penthouse at 6th floor, with a wide semi-covered terrace and sky-level infinity swimming pool.
